Return & Refund Policy

Here's how our return and refund process works:

  1. Review our FAQ: Check our FAQ on Types of Return Requests to determine eligibility HERE.
  2. Authorization Required: We require a Return Authorization Number before accepting any returns. To obtain your RA Number, please email us at Info@growcargo.com.
  3. All authorized Returns: Must include an RA Number on the return.
  4. Timeframe for Returns: You must request returns or report defects within 14 days of the shipment date.
  5. Condition for Returns: Products must be unused and in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
  6. Shipping Costs: Unless we determine the part is defective, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
  7. Custom Items: These are non-returnable unless they are defective.
  8. Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  9. Restocking Fee: Returns due to a change of mind will incur a 25% restocking fee.
